On occasions you may find challenges with your Azure Portal, Office365 Apps etc.. and wonder if there are any known active issues that may be causing them.
in my particular case assigning Universal Print shares stopped working and it was due to recent API changes and I was able to find a Workaround.
So if you are experiencing strange events etc.. then try to see if its a known Issue
You will need Access to Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center
