We do not need to generate a Refresh token for MFA based users, but we will create them in Custom Security Attributes when NO-MFA is enabled.
- Allow Console to maintain Device Language for all Built-in Apps Icons and not switch to All English. HP Authentication Manager Suite of Apps will retain English ICONS only.
- QRcode Registration Fails in Keycloak when User name + Last Name Exceeds 23 Characters - It has now has been resolved.
- Error Messages URL Links, Some Links would allow users to Browse the Internet to other sites, This has now been resolved.
- QRCode Sign-in may not always Work when launching from one of the Apps Like OneDrive or Universal Print - its has now been resolved.

- Support for Azure Entra Custom Security attributes: The ability to now register and store all Badge/QRCode/BLE User ID's within your Azure Entra Tenant. All Card/Badge ID's are fully encrypted, and cannot be replicated, copied etc.. We have removed the reliance of using Our API/Keycloak Azure services for those that wish to migrate to a Self-hosted Azure services.
- Receive all Printer Activity Logs directly into your Azure Log Analytics workspace: we now can log all users Print, Copy, Fax, Scan and device consumable activities directly into your own Azure Log Analytics Workspace, which then can be used for Reports and Alerts etc.. Existing customers whishing to receive Printer activity Logs must migrate over to Azure Entra Custom Security Attributes and implement an Azure Log-Analytics workspace.
Reporting features will not be available for customers using our current hosted API/Keycloak system.
- QRcode Sign-in Support for 4.3" Workpath Enabled Printers: We have adjusted the Console screen layout to better support QRcode Sign-in on 4.3" Screen, mainly around better support for Universal Print Pull Print and or Print Anywhere (Follow me Print).
Workpath Support Limitations on 4.3" Display Devices
Due to the limited screen real estate on 4.3" Workpath-enabled printers, these devices are not well-suited to support Mailflow functionality. However, they are fully compatible with services such as OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Universal Print Direct and Pull Print. *(Follow me Print)

- When a customer sets the Pull Print Services timeout to zero and a user has Universal Print Auto Release (UPAR) disabled, the user’s UPAR setting is ignored. All print jobs are automatically released and the user is signed out without any user interface being displayed, meaning there is no option to “Keep Me Signed In.” This enables a true tap‑and‑go experience, allowing customers to quickly collect all pull print jobs without interaction

Microsoft has release Print Anywhere badge release for HP Authentication Suite on 18th November 2025, and our V4 release supports the new Badge Release option.

- Register Printer in Pull Print Mode in Azure, you can now register and configure a printer for Tap and Go Pull Print, whereby jobs that are stored in Microsoft Universal Print Services will auto release once a Sign-in has occurred or users can opt out of Auto Release and be prompted to release their pull print jobs. No Microsoft authentication required on device; however, you will require a registered NFC/Smartcard / Badge, or use our HP Secure Authentication mobile app to sign-in.
- Pull Print Auto Sign-out feature added, allows customer to choose an auto sign-out timer when they are servicing a Pull print Job, Default 10 seconds, Max 30 Seconds, however if you set the timer to Zero, then as soon as a User signs into the console to collect their Pull Print Job, their job will start processing and the console will sign them out so they cannot stay Signed-in and try to use any of the other Applications Like OneDrive, SharePoint etc..
- Ability to stay signed in while your Pull Print Job is printing, thus giving you access to your office 365 Apps like OneDrive, SharePoint, Etc. Users will be prompted to Keep Signed In or else it will Auto Sign out based on the Pull Print Auto Sign-out settings, Default = 10 Seconds

- Resolved issue when printing from Windows 11 computers, some Windows 11 Computers that had certain Updates would fail to correctly submit a print job to universal print, users would receive an error, no real explanation of the cause. The issue seems to be an applied Mandatory IPP Settings was enabled in the latest Windows 11 Release.
