How do I reset my HP Secure Authentication Mobile app

New Versions of the HP Authentication Suite of applications have been released as of 16th July 2024 - See What's New!

Here are some of the reasons you may want to Reset HP Secure Authentication Mobile app:


  • You have travelled or moved to a new office.

The Printer has been setup specifically for this Region, for example, your printers were located in Australia, however you have an Office in the USA and you now need access.


  • You have changed your Microsoft Office Login Name 


  • Sign in using QR Code is failing, or does not recognize your account




Follow the steps below to Reset HP Secure Authentication Mobile app


1. Select the Hamburger menu



2. Select Settings


3. Select Reset App Defaults

4. Select Reset


This will now ask you to Register your Mobile app to your Office Domain account and to your Nearest Printer


5. Select Get Started and follow the instructions
