Option 1 - Use our Free Azure Demo Site 

Datasec will provide Login access to our  Office 365 Demo Tenant in Australia with One of our Microsoft 365 Licenses. This means you will not be able to use your company's login name/password account to run a demo. We will supply you with a new office 365 User name password on our company office 365  Demo / Azure / Entra Site.

Things you need to Know before you send a request!

• Datasec will provide One (1)  Microsoft Azure domain account which will include an Office 365 Basic License under our Demo Domain called hpamdemo.onmicrosoft.com, in which the user can test-drive OneDrive, SharePoint, Mailfow and Teams(Excluding Universal Print).

• You must first meet the basic prerequisites before you send a email request for NFR, Click here for Prerequisites

• To ensure a streamlined process, we kindly request the installation and registration of two essential mobile apps - the HP Secure Authentication mobile app and the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app - on the designated Common Shared Demo Mobile phone in your office, remember we allocate only one Microsoft office 365 Azure account for you to perform the Demo's.

  
  Please note that in such cases, it is crucial to ensure the staff member's commitment and availability to fulfil this role effectively. However, if you opt to install these apps on a staff member's personal mobile phone, it will be the responsibility of that individual to perform the necessary Demo's using the new office 365 user account we supplied, basically they have to perform the Demonstrations on behalf of the Business.
  
  

• We recommend you do not scan sensitive information into SharePoint Libraries, remember it's'a Shared Demo SharePoint Site with other hpamdemo.onmicrosoft.com users.

• If we do not detect Login activity for 90+ Days we have the rights to disable the Microsoft Office 365 License, however we will keep the Azure Account open for 12 Months. Just send us an email asking to re-activate the Microsoft 365 License.

• You will require a Certified HP Command Centre Agent to perform the Printer installation.
  

• Allow approx. 24 Hrs for email response for NFR Request, which will include your New office 365 Login name, Password and Printer configuration instructions.
  
  
• If you require more than one Login account, please send request to help@hpauthsuite.com indicating the reason for more than one account.

Things you need to do if you wish to proceed with Option 1

To Request a NFR - On our Demo Site please Send Email to help@hpauthsuite.com

Please Include the Following Information in your email.

Subject: NFR License Request on Free Demo Site

Message: (Company Name )

Once we receive the NFR Request on Free Demo Site we will reply within 24 hrs with a Generic Microsoft Login account name & Temporary Password, including installation Instructions.

OR

Option 2 - NFR Bring your own Azure/ Entra office 365 Tenant. 

Please Supply your Own Microsoft Azure Tenant and Microsoft  365 Licenses, this means you cannot use hp.com, you must be able to supply and setup your own Microsoft Azure Tenant, and supply your own office 365 Licenses, and you will need the Skills to configure your Azure Tenant - App Registration and Microsoft Authentication policies/ MFA in Password less Mode.

Things you need to Know

• Your site must meet the basic prerequisites before you send a request for NFR - Bring your Own Azure Tenant. Click here for prerequisites. 

• You will require a Certified HP Command Centre Agent to perform the Printer installation.
  

• You will require an Azure administrator to create the necessary app registrations and prepare all documentation for deployment including setting up users to use password less mode and Microsoft Authenticator Mobile application.

• Allow approx. 24 Hrs for email response for NFR Request.

Things you need to do if you wish to proceed with Option 2

To Request a NFR Demo License for Bring your Own Azure Tenant please Send Email to help@hpauthsuite.com

Once we receive the NFR Request, we will reply via email with instructions on how to Onboard into your Azure Tenant.
