Things you need to Know
- Customer must meet all pre-requisites prior to request for Pilot/Proof of Concept Deployment. Click here to review the following article!
- All Pilot / Proof of Concept deployment requests will be treated as if this is a Standard Purchase order, and we will issue the standard set of onboarding Documents.
- All Pilot / Proof of Concept Deployments will be commissioned on our Production Servers, which are located in the listed Regions. Currently, we offer onboarding options for customers based on their requirements. For customers with printers located in a single region, we provide onboarding to that specific region. Alternatively, customers with printers located in multiple geographical locations they can choose to nominate multiple regions for their onboarding process

- EU - West Coast
- Singapore

- Customers are responsible for supplying the necessary technical data required for a complete onboarding process. This includes creating an Azure application registration entry for each required geographical region within their Azure Tenant
- Once the Pilot is Completed and Customer wishes to Proceed with an Order - A HP representative will place an official Order with the appropriate SKU's , and we will process accordingly.
- If the Pilot / Proof of Concept was commissioned within the customer's production Azure Tenant, it is unlikely that any additional changes would be necessary to the customer's setup should they decide to proceed with an official purchase order.
- If the Pilot / Proof of Concept was run under the customer's Test or DEV Azure Tenant, and they now wish to proceed to Order then the customer will need to provide new Azure App registration information and they will need to reconfigure all HP Devices to support the new Azure Tenant configurations. We will treat this as a new Installation and request a new set of Onboarding documents.

Once we receive the Request, we will reply with Onboarding installation Instructions.
Please note, Pilot and or POC are for End users / Customer and not for HP, HP CWC, or Resellers etc..
