HP OneDrive for Authentication Suite

The HP OneDrive app can be used to scan print and email from a Microsoft OneDrive Business cloud account using the printer control panel. By providing a direct connection between the HP printer and the OneDrive Business account.

The OneDrive app optimizes workflows and worker efficiency with the following key features:

• Scan directly to OneDrive and print directly from OneDrive in one integrated step using the printer control panel.
• Manage documents and apply document metadata directly from the control panel of any enabled HP printer.
• Quickly locate stored documents using enhanced search and filter capabilities.
• Eliminate additional time-consuming sign on requirements by using HP Authentication Manager Sign in Once and Microsoft Password less Multifactor Authentication protocols.
• Preset default Scan, Print and Send to Email Settings
