Version 4 of the HP Authentication Suite of applications is due for release in October 2025.

When you commissioned your HP Authentication Suite of applications, part of the setup process involved creating an App Registration in Azure. As part of this registration, we typically recommend naming it "HP Authentication Suite". During setup, you also created a Client Secret, which has a limited lifespan.
Since Azure does not allow extending the expiry of an existing secret, you will need to create a new secret once the current one approaches expiration. Fortunately, you can generate a new secret well in advance to avoid any disruption.
Once a new secret is created, it must be propagated to all dependent services that rely on it. The specific services affected will depend on how your HP Authentication Suite has been commissioned.
Please ensure you identify and update all relevant services to use the new secret to maintain seamless authentication functionality.
