Search V4 Release update
If you are running Universal Print V3 or above then the reasons for seeing this message is as Follows
1. You have just been assigned a Microsoft Universal Print License and it can take Microsoft up to 24 Hrs before you can fully utilise it
2. Your IT admin may not have given you the appropriate permissions when they shared the Printer. Check with IT
3. You do not have a Microsoft Universal Print License - Check with IT
