Not for Resale (NFR) - Demo License request

Our NFR Licenses are for Authorised HP resellers and  Distributors Only and you must be using your own Azure/ Entra Office365 Tenant and Licences, including Universal Print.

Things you need to Know before you send us a request for our FREE NFR Licenses

Datasec will offer 2 Options of supporting the HP Authentication Suite for NFR

Option 1 - Current

Datasec will Supply all of the Hosted  API Services to support the Card, Qrcode, BLE Badge ID's, However will not supply Reporting.

If you wish to proceed then 

• Your site must meet the basic prerequisites before you send a request for NFR - Click here for prerequisites. 

• You will require a qualified HP Command Centre Agent to perform the Printer installation & configuration.
  

• You will require an Azure administrator to create the necessary app registrations and prepare all documentation for deployment including setting up users to use password less mode and Microsoft Authenticator Mobile application, this includes setting up Universal Print Printers.

• Please allow approx. 24 Hrs for email response for your NFR Request.

To Request a NFR Demo License for your Own Azure office 365 Tenant please Send Email to help@hpauthsuite.com

Please Include the Following Information in your email.

Subject: NFR License Request 

Message: (Company Name)

Once we receive the NFR Request, we will reply via email with instructions on how to start the Onboarding into your Azure Tenant.

Option 2 for October Release Only Option

You must install and configure all of the Additional Azure Services like SignalR, Log Analytics Workspace, Azure Custom Attributes etc on your Azure tenant which allows you to run Print usage reports and manage all users Card/Badge ID's etc. This means you will need to consult with your Azure specialist to assist you in the deployment.
