You may come across a message box when trying gain access to your Sharepoint Library from the printer console, indicating you do not have permissions to perform this operation.
The most likely issues are as follows
1. Your IT admin may not have given Sharepoint for HP Authentication Suite enterprise application Admin Consent permissions . Ask your IT administrator to confirm you have access to the application.

2. You don't have a Microsoft office 365 License with OneDrive, SharePoint and Outlook - Check with IT
